No. NUE is training, not treatment, and it sits alongside therapy rather than replacing it. Some therapists even point their clients to NUE for the work between sessions.

How long does it take each day?

Most reps run two to four minutes. The daily check-in takes seconds.

Am I being scored?

Health gets measured because it can be. Self and Others are counted in reps done, never a running score on your inner life.
