The nue Ambassador Program is operated by ElizaChat Inc., which operates nue.
This is a summary. Approved ambassadors sign the nue Ambassador Program Agreement, which controls if anything here differs from it. We send it to you if your application is approved, to read before you sign.
Every number and rule on this page matches the Agreement and its exhibits. When one changes, both change on the same day.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older, with a supported payout account and a completed W-9 or W-8BEN.
- There are two tracks: Creator (creators, coaches, trainers, podcasters) and Community (nue members).
- Applications are reviewed weekly. ElizaChat decides who is approved.
- ElizaChat staff and their families cannot join without written approval.
2. What you get
- A free nue membership while you are Active. On the Creator track that means one post within 30 days of approval, then a post or a referral every 90 days. On the Community track it means a referral every 90 days; no posting is required. After 90 days with neither, the membership pauses and resumes with your next post or referral.
- Your own promo code, which is what earns you commission, and a referral link to share.
- A content kit.
3. How you earn
You earn 25% of what each new subscriber you refer pays in their first 12 months: once on a yearly plan, and on up to 12 payments on a monthly plan.
- Only web purchases at talkwithnue.com/start count. App Store and Google Play purchases do not.
- Trials, existing subscribers, self-referrals and fraudulent orders earn nothing.
- Your code gives the buyer 25% off, so commission is 25% of what they actually pay, not of the list price.
- Commission is calculated on the payment before payment-processing fees are taken.
With your 25% code, a yearly subscriber pays $89.99 instead of $119.99, and you earn $22.50. A monthly subscriber pays $11.24 instead of $14.99, and you earn $2.81 a month, for up to 12 payments.

4. How referrals are tracked
Your code is what credits you.
- A purchase is credited to you when the buyer enters your code at checkout on talkwithnue.com/start. Our payment processor records it against the subscription, and that record is the final word.
- Your referral link points people at nue. It does not track on its own: if the buyer does not enter your code at checkout, the sale is not credited to you.
- Only web purchases count. App Store and Google Play purchases do not, even if the buyer saw your post.
- One code per subscription.
5. Getting paid
- Payouts run monthly, for commissions at least 30 days old, once your balance reaches $25.
- Paid by PayPal or Wise, in US dollars.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission they earned.
- A tax form is required before your first payout. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. How to post about nue
- Disclose every time. Say it out loud and show it on screen in video, put it on the image for Stories, and use plain words — “#ad” or “I’m a nue ambassador and earn from my link.”
- Only share your honest experience, and only after using nue yourself.
7. What not to say
Do not say or imply that nue:
- is therapy, treatment or a diagnosis;
- cures or treats any condition;
- is for crises — point people to 988 instead;
- is a chatbot or an AI therapist, or that users are talking to a human.
Do not make claims about privacy, security, data handling, results or timelines. Use only approved offer wording.
8. What is not allowed
- Self-referrals and fake accounts.
- Search ads on nue brand terms.
- Coupon and deal sites.
- Spam.
- Posting as nue, or using nue handles, domains or logos beyond the content kit.
- Content aimed at under-18s.
- Incentivised app store reviews.
9. Your content
You own what you make. We may reshare it natively with credit. We will ask before reposting, editing or using it in ads.
10. Ending participation
- Either side can leave with 7 days’ notice.
- We can remove anyone immediately for breaking the rules.
- Commissions you have already earned are paid on the normal schedule, unless the removal was for a breach or for fraud.
11. Changes to the program
We may change rates, offers or rules with 30 days’ notice by email. Rate changes apply to new referrals only.

13. Referral offer terms
These terms are for customers using an ambassador’s link or code.
Who it is for. New nue subscribers buying on the web at talkwithnue.com/start. Not valid for existing or past subscribers, or for App Store or Google Play purchases.
What the code does. It takes 25% off your nue subscription, and it credits the ambassador who referred you.
Trial and billing. Your plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from your account page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there.
The relationship. Ambassadors get a free nue membership and earn a commission when you subscribe.
Limits. One code per customer. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers. nue may change or end the offer at any time.
